• Handmade products require special care, so some personalized items may take up to 5 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

• Every order will receive a tracking number to monitor your package online.

• Estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain (DE): 2–3 days

  • European Union (EU): 10–15 days

  • United States (USA): 15–20 days

• Standard and express shipping are available depending on the order.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.

• Free shipping is available for orders over [your chosen amount, e.g., €50].

International Orders

Delivery Issues
